Self-love is the secret to a happier life

I believe that all people should have the knowledge and understanding of the power of their own mind. When harnessed, using mindfulness and meditation techniques, research has proven that we can reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, worry and depression. From this stable foundation we are then able to heal and shift to become the change we wish to see.

The current epidemic of poor mental and emotional health is paramount to my dedication to support people from all walks of life who are struggling with challenging emotions. 

As well as offering coaching services I am also the Co-Founder of Outside the Cave, a community wellbeing centre in the heart of Edwinstowe. During my time at OTC I have worked with hundreds of women, helping them to find greater confidence, strength, self-acceptance and inner security – all of which are necessary for creating self love and healthy relationships. I am excited to bring this knowledge, experience and passion to my own coaching platform to help you to experience deeper transformations.
