To sit and look intently at the face I had judged so much and stare into the eyes of the woman I had pulled into the ground with criticism and self hatred was tough at first. It makes me sad to think about how I felt about myself back then.
Welcome to my website! I’m Sara Reed. I help women to prioritise their health and wellbeing to create a life of balance and happiness.
As a wellbeing coach my work is to guide women towards self care so that they can step into self love and happy relationships. By learning how to recognise the emotional issue that is the root cause of the negative experiences we are going through, you can address the right problem and break free from the trap you are in.
